After many years of design development, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has granted three  patents covering the entirety of the invention, including the packaging and methodology of this unique new design. These patents recognize the ingenuity and usefulness of the first completely new and different condom design. The patents are the only patents that exist in the world that cover any particular type of condom packaging and donning device, as any patents that had existed for the rolled-up condom have long expired and no new condom packaging or donning method have ever been developed until now.
